Overview
We are on the hunt for a Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and ADP Data Bridge integrations, ensuring data accuracy and secure, seamless connectivity. Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and external systems. Develop and maintain EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) integrations — including both inbound and outbound file exchanges. Configure and support ADP Data Bridge integrations for payroll data synchronization and compliance reporting. Utilize Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) for advanced integration design. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, document technical specifications, and manage end-to-end integration lifecycle. Troubleshoot integration errors, perform data validation, and maintain ongoing monitoring and issue resolution. Ensure that integration designs adhere to Workday best practices, data security policies, and change control processes. Participate in regression testing and support production rollouts, including post-deployment validation. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience. Expertise in EIB build and load for data migration and ongoing interface maintenance. Strong experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports as a Service (RaaS). Proven knowledge of ADP Data Bridge integration setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Workday HCM data model, business objects, and security framework. Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Workday Integration Certified (Studio, Core Connector, or EIB). Experience integrating Workday with downstream systems such as ADP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or third-party benefits/payroll vendors. Exposure to Workday Extend or advanced reporting frameworks. Prior experience in HRIS or Payroll within enterprise-scale environments. Apparel and retail experience is a bonus, but not a blocker for this role. Benefits
