What you\'ll do
Develop and implement a channel marketing strategy and messaging that positions the entire portfolio effectively in the market. Oversee the creation of content like case studies, brochures, whitepapers, newsletters, and website copy to educate customers and support sales. Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and marketing materials to understand and sell the portfolio. Partner with product management, sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, email, and print. Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies, customer needs, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing efforts. Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions. Monitor marketing budget to ensure activities are within allocated spend and contribute to profitability. Supervise a team, providing coaching and mentoring to other marketing professionals to generate high performance. All other duties as assigned. What experience you need
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in a complex business environment, including extensive experience with go-to-market strategy development Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related field Demonstrated success in marketing planning, product lifecycles, market segmentation, content, communications, traditional and new marketing tactics as well as channel marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, departments and lines of business Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Data-driven approach to strategy and campaign optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed What could set you apart
Work experience in a highly matrixed global organization is a plus.
