Responsibilities Position Summary: Responsible for assisting the Occupational Therapist in the provision of Occupational Therapy services to patients, including treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under a Physical Therapist and per physician orders.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Location San Leandro, California. Situated along the eastern shore of the San Francisco Bay, San Leandro blends suburban comfort with urban accessibility. Minimum Qualifications

Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment.

Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

One year of experience preferred; previous hospital experience preferred.

Ability to project a professional image.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.

Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment. Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required. Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening.
