Festival Producer // Special Events // Brand Activations Headline is a fast-growing event production, fabrication, and experiential company that builds large-scale brand moments, festivals, concerts, and immersive environments. We design it, print it, build it, and bring it to life. Our print team is central to that process — executing graphics that show up on stages, tents, containers, vehicles, signage, branded spaces, and custom builds across major events. We’re looking for a Print Production Specialist who can take projects from concept to output: pre-press file prep, color matching, print operation, finishing, and on-site installation. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment, pays attention to detail, and knows how to deliver clean professional results every time. Responsibilities

Prepare and manipulate graphics for large-format print (banners, wraps, signage, vinyl, decals, rigid substrate, etc.) Strong understanding of CMYK, Pantone, and color correction for consistent brand delivery Work with and create vector graphics suitable for large-scale environments Operate large-format printers, laminators, plotters, CNC, and laser machinery (CNC/laser experience is a plus, not required) Perform trim, lamination, mounting, and finishing techniques with precision Plan installations and conduct site surveys, measurements, and field notes Install and apply prints to various surfaces (walls, windows, vehicles, stages, containers, etc.) Manage sourcing, purchasing, inventory, and material forecasting Support pre-production planning and post-production cleanup and organization Assist with project estimating, budgeting, invoicing, and internal job tracking Work efficiently and maintain quality under tight deadlines — especially during event weeks Collaborate with fabrication, design, and production leadership to ensure timelines and standards are met Requirements

3+ years experience in large-format print production or similar environment Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP/pre-press workflows Strong working knowledge of vinyl application and installation Capable of lifting, loading, and working hands-on during builds and installations Comfortable working long days or extended hours during live event periods Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Valid driver’s license (ability to drive box trucks or operate equipment is a plus) Bonus Skills
