Perform installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customers\' locations throughout the tri-state area; conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues. Utilize diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, to assess equipment functionality and troubleshoot electronics. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs and customer interactions. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. Qualifications/Skills
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as a multimeter. Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
