N-able is seeking a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to drive SEC reporting and technical accounting in a complex, fast-paced environment. The Senior Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting must be a proven initiator and innovator who can drive change, improve processes, and provide sound solutions to both complex and routine business issues. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Accounting, and, as a key member of the finance team, will play a critical role at N-able. What You'll Do

Hybrid role that will be in the Burlington, MA office 3 days per week. Manage the preparation of all SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases. Review and oversee the Company’s GAAP and non-GAAP financial statements, including the statement of cash flows. Coordinate with external auditors and manage their request lists to support timely and efficient quarterly reviews and audits. Coordinate and lead the disclosure committee meetings on a quarterly basis. Oversee accounting close deliverables related to stock-based compensation, lease accounting, and capitalized internal-use software costs. Prepare monthly internal financial reporting and flux analyses. Research and document the Company's position on technical accounting areas and emerging accounting guidance; present and resolve the Company's positions for critical accounting issues with external auditors. Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions. Assess and implement changes to US GAAP. Draft and update corporate accounting policies. Ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting and assist with updates to internal controls, including assessing control gaps, remediation efforts, and changes in processes. Drive the valuation, purchase accounting and related disclosures for business combinations and asset acquisitions; assist in due diligence efforts for target purchases as needed. Assist in special projects as needed. What You'll Bring

Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3-4 years of Big Four public accounting experience preferred. Prior public company experience in a similar role. BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting, with MSA/MBA desirable. Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of US GAAP, SOX 404, and SEC reporting standards, as well as experience with technical research and memos. Experience with Workiva, NetSuite or similar external reporting systems. Purple Perks

This position has a starting base salary range of $126,000 to $159,300 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus.
