Responsibilities
Provide insights to help answer key questions to optimize SMB/self‑serve performance, such as how customers spend, when/why they churn, and when introducing a salesperson improves conversion.
Build impact estimation and modeling tools for the Growth teams (Product and Marketing) to prioritize projects and inform strategy.
Partner with the Growth teams to manage self‑serve experimentation projects that require close coordination across Product, SMB Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
Define standard reporting, monitor performance, and forecast results for business reviews and annual/long‑range planning. Work with Product Analytics to evaluate the impact of initiatives and track over time to improve estimation models.
Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to implement any necessary changes to process or reporting infrastructure.
Help drive self‑serve upsell campaign strategy and tracking in partnership with Marketing.
What you bring
3‑5 years of experience in go‑to‑market operations (sales, rev, biz ops) or analytics, with a preference for experience working with SMBs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong intellectual curiosity.
Proficiency with Looker, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
Intermediate SQL experience required.
Bonus: experience covering online sales.

Checkr’s compensation philosophy varies by location; when selected for a recruiting discussion, the target range for the exact location will be provided.
