The Role You’ll Contribute Responsible for promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process. This position collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, offers physical and psychological support, and may supervise assigned team members to ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them.
Administer medications and treatments safely, following orders and protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self‑care strategies.

Strong assessment and care planning skills.
Ability to deliver safe medication administration.
Effective patient and family education.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Nursing.
Valid RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum 1 year of behavioral‑health RN experience.
