1st assist? Assisting Orthopaedic and spine surgeons in the OR Be part of a team with seven existing PA/NP providers already tied to current physicians Support may include hospital rounding if negotiated and requested Work Details
Hours/Shifts/Weekends/Call: Primarily Monday to Friday OR times; normally no weekends or calls, but may be reviewed during interview with a particular Dr if additional assistance is desired EMR: Hospital EMR Patients per day: Primarily for OR; varies based on OR schedule. Not planning to have in-clinic visits unless negotiated Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range: Based on experience – 115K for 2 years Orthopaedics, 120K for 2 years Spine-specific Bonus structure: Productivity-based incentives Relocation allowance / Sign-on for the right candidate: Yes Full-time / with benefits: Yes Candidate Considerations
Open to local solid recent grads? Not likely, unless they have solid Orthopaedic primary experience. (105K range for new grads)
