Overview

The Network Analyst is responsible for providing and managing network installation, scripts, support, planning, monitoring, system integration and other duties to support the Companys LAN and WAN network system. Must ensure the availability and optimization of the network system as well as configuration and installation of tools to enhance Company staff productivity. Responsible for user access, systems analysis, provision of technical assistance and system trouble shooting. Work Model: Onsite/In-Office Responsibilities

Oversees system policies and standards to achieve Company goals. Consults with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Develops, documents, tests and/or modifies computer systems or programs to meet Company requirements. Ensures system currency and manages software licensing agreements to ensure they are up to date. Provides technical expertise in the areas of systems-related performance management, security reviews, and project planning. Possesses in-depth knowledge of systems hardware and systems software, along with system internals and network communications. Reviews and recommends hardware and software needs or improvements. Recommends long-term requirements of system operation and administration to include information system planning of the Company. Performs the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of the computer systems. Implements operational system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the Companys system. Orders replacement parts and devices; perform all installations following imaging procedures. Oversees activities related to server support and systems administration. Set-up and configure all PCs at each location, maintains configuration standards across the Company. Installs and configures all peripheral devices such as printers, network cards, modems, CD ROM drives, scanners, and other devices connected to the network or network server. Provides help desk and troubleshooting assistance to staff on software and hardware. Sets-up and configures network server with Windows Server system. Ensures integrity of user system files by performing backups as required. Maintains accountability of staff and property; adheres to safety practices. Perform related work as assigned. Timely, accurate, and cost-effective performance of duties. Completing all mandated training requirements per government and management directives. Dealing with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner. Adherence to established CGS, LLC safety policies and good industrial and office safety practices. Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures and Personnel policies and procedures. Having the ability to work well under pressure. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Requirements

Mandatory: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with and demonstrated knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, computer hardware and software. Experience with computer imaging. IAT level 2 (Security +) If not currently certified ability to do so in six months. Valid state Drivers License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. Current Interim or Final Secret level security clearance. Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. Preferred

Bachelors degree in related field. Experience with industrial controls. Experience with security systems Understanding of Group Policies Sysco system familiarity. I.E. Sysco commands etc. Experience working on Government/Army installations. Current Final Secret level security clearance. Working Conditions

This position is primarily performed in an office setting using standard office equipment (desk, computer, phone, printer, copier, etc.). Must be able to load/unload materials, tools, and equipment. Comfortable working around exposures to hazardous materials. Comfortable working in confined spaces. Physical Requirements

Requires the ability to operate a computer and work in a standard office environment. Effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information and charts, perform analytical thinking skills, and use sound judgement. Must be able to stoop, bend or squat for at for installation purposes. Reasonable Accommodation
