Responsibilities
Lead and support wage & hour class/PAGA cases from pre-filing through resolution (investigation, certification strategy, discovery, MSJs, mediation/trial).
Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions; take/defend depositions; partner with experts (statistical/damages/HR).
Client-facing from day one—intakes, updates, and negotiations—with partner access and coaching.
Collaborate with a seasoned plaintiff team on case strategy, briefing excellence, and trial prep.
Qualifications
2–6+ years of employment litigation (plaintiff or mixed background; strong defense candidates welcome if motivated to switch sides).
Meaningful wage-and-hour experience (class/PAGA exposure preferred), excellent writing, and comfort on your feet.
California bar, plaintiff-side mindset, and drive to build courtroom and leadership reps quickly.
Compensation & Setup
Base up to $180k (DOE) + bonus potential

Hybrid: Los Angeles (El Segundo hub), 4 days in-office for collaboration, training, and client/team work
