What We Do: DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop. We focus on delivering, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local government & education), financial services, Fortune, public utility, and regularly partner with Big 4 SI firms.
Location and Engagement: Atlanta, GA. 7+ Months Contract. Must work on our W2.
Primary Skill: Full Stack Developer. Level: Advanced (6-9 years experience).
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer Contractor, support the client project team by developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks for front-end and back-end development.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Design and implement user interfaces with responsive design and optimal user experience.
Develop server-side logic, define and maintain databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Perform testing and debugging to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline, or equivalent experience.
7+ years building modern web applications/sites in a professional environment.
7+ years of experience designing, developing, integrating, and deploying web services (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML) using microservices architecture.
Minimum of 5 years with JavaScript and proficient in at least one modern JavaScript framework (AngularJS preferred); experience with remote APIs and third-party web services, asynchronous data loading, state management, templates, and dynamic views.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design.
Familiarity with server-side programming (e.g., Node.js, SpringBoot).
Strong DevOps experience including GitHub, Bamboo, SonarQube.
Proficient in responsive design development methodologies and best practices.
Attention to detail and ability to QA one’s own work.
Prior experience partnering with India-based development teams.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Travel up to 10% annually.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using containers (Kubernetes / Docker) for packaging and deploying web applications.
Experience with Azure web services and database systems.
Familiarity with BFF microservices framework.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience with Java and web services testing tools (JUnit, SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter, etc.).

Pay rate: $51.51-$54.54/hr, depending on experience
