Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Engineer II to focused on building groundbreaking low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. The role involves translating vast data sets into actionable insights using advanced business analytics and tooling, driving decisions to enhance customer experience, and improving operational efficiencies. You will engage in developing scalable systems, conducting deep-dive analysis, and partnering with internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions across our fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain automated systems, reports, and dashboards to inform business operations.
Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests, ongoing reporting, and self-service automated solutions.
Utilize analytical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems and inform business decisions.
Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Conduct in-depth investigations into operational execution, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI or similar tools
Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
Advanced experience using SQL and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
