Project Coordinator
and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across multiple projects and strategic initiatives. In this dynamic position, you’ll be a member of the US PMO, working closely with Project, Program Managers, Program Leads, and the US PMO Head supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure key objectives are met.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for managing project tools like Asana, collaborating with Finance to keep budgets on track, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams—including patient engagement and standards development. This position is located in our Atlanta, GA corporate office. Candidates should reside in this location.
What You’ll Do
Establish project or program planning baselines.
Support the Project and/or Program Manager in designing and implementing robust baseline plans to deliver projects on agreed scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with Finance to manage financial processes, monitor budgets, and assist with resource scheduling in line with baseline plans and financial cycles.
Apply project management processes throughout the project/program lifecycle (e.g., planning updates, roadmaps, governance, data repository).
Coordinate aspects of projects such as Patient Engagement work or Methods and Standards Development, with appropriate support.
Utilize project management tools such as Asana, SharePoint, MS Teams, Launch Tracker, and CRM systems for risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.
Monitor program and project data quality and performance, including KPIs, in line with established processes and standards.
Build, maintain, and track progress against consolidated global program and project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, budgeting, and milestones.
Measure program and project performance.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in project management or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
Experience working with global, multicultural, diverse teams within the pharmaceutical industry.
This position’s reasonably anticipated salary range is $68,000–$89,000 annually. The actual salary will consider internal equity and may vary according to the candidate’s geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience.
