Job Title: Production Technician Job Description As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, minor mechanical repairs, and equipment assembly. The role requires hands-on experience with cars, tractors, diesel trucks, or industrial manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and wiring issues using diagnostic tools and schematics. Perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure proper functionality. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Essential Skills

Experience in low voltage work. Ability to use hand tools effectively. Skilled at pulling wire. Mechanically inclined with the ability to turn a wrench. Experience with assembly, hydraulics, and diesel engines. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanically inclined Hard worker Hands-on experience is essential. Work Environment

The work is conducted in a manufacturing environment during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, Indiana. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
