Responsibilities

Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.

Piercing Excellence: Join our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.

Keep It Fresh: Maintain an engaging store with attractive displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.

Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.

Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services. Stay connected to fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style and boost sales.

Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.

Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s experience on social media.

About You

Sales-obsessed energy: You love making sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

Social & Digital Savvy: You know what’s trending and how to translate that into a great customer experience.

Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and empower them with confidence.

Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.

Job Requirements

You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.

Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.

Completed some high school with at least one year of retail management experience.

Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.

Passionate about helping customers express themselves daily.

Energetic interactions with customers and commitment to excellent service.

Aligned with Claire’s values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid mathematical understanding for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and organized; some stores may require working alone at times.

Passion for fashion and staying current with trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Ability to create a curated fashion look with product during shifts.

Compensation Range: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour. Claire’s is committed to complying with applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, education, certifications, skills, and location.
