Lead multiple commercial projects through all phases — from design and estimating to closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts, ensuring all goals are met safely and efficiently. Oversee projects across
Design-Build, Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Office segments . Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction. Identify and resolve design, construction, and logistical challenges proactively. Mentor and develop team members, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents. Ensure safety-first practices are consistently applied across all projects. Track project performance, manage change orders, and maintain accurate dashboards and financial updates. Champion company values, ethical standards, and in all interactions. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Expertise in
Design-Build and Industrial market segments , including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Office projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Valid driver’s license. Join Our Team
