Overview
Mental Health Practitioner - Lyric Lane (Fridley) Touchstone Mental Health is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) for the Lyric Lane program in Fridley. Starting pay: $22.00 per hour. Schedule: Every Saturday/Sunday or every other Saturday/Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, or 3:00pm to 11:00pm. The Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) provides support to clients in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs. Responsibilities
Establish supportive and motivational relationships with residents Coach residents to utilize coping strategies and de-escalate crises Administer medications to residents Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents Support the cleanliness of common areas Ensure residents follow safety guidelines Collaborate with other staff members and interns Qualifications
Must have one to two years of experience, education, or a combination in behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related area Must meet the definition of Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker or Mental Health Practitioner per Department of Human Services licensing requirements About Touchstone Mental Health
