Base Pay:
$125,000–$135,000 per year. Total Compensation Potential:
Approximately $145,000+ annually, including yearly bonuses. Location:
Remote with occasional travel to the NYC office. Must be willing to work East Coast hours (9:30–5:30 ET).
Overview You will serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for an enterprise-level client with multiple sub-brands, sitting at the intersection of leadership, communication, service, and flawless campaign performance. You will own the full paid social roadmap from discovery through optimization, mentor a high‑performing team, and guide senior stakeholders toward measurable growth.
What You Will Do
Develop paid social and cross‑channel growth strategies that ladder up to brand and sub‑brand business objectives.
Translate goals into clear channel plans, tests, budgets, and success metrics.
Educate internal teams and client stakeholders and align with channel reps on emerging platform changes, alphas/betas, and performance best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for client marketing leadership, setting expectations, sharing insights, and shaping quarterly business reviews.
Guide brainstorms and strategic conversations that unlock new opportunities, audience segments, and creative angles.
Lead strategic testing presentations to align with the client brands, then pass prioritized roadmaps and testing briefs to internal teams to execute, in addition to closing feedback/learning loops.
Oversee forecasting, flighting, bid strategies, and creative testing to exceed KPI targets.
Leverage real‑time dashboards and reporting tools to monitor pacing, conversion efficiency, and incremental lift.
Maintain first‑right access to hands‑on keyboard optimizations for high‑impact initiatives.
Synthesize brand data (platform and backend) into clear, compelling stories that drive decision‑making.
Deliver actionable insight decks, monthly narrative reports, and bespoke deep dives for sub‑brand stakeholders.
Continuously benchmark performance and define test‑and‑learn agendas that push the program forward.
Cultivate relationships with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and measurement partners to unlock early access and preferred pricing.
Negotiate contracts, troubleshoot escalations, and champion innovation pilots.
Hire, train, and mentor a pod of paid social directors and associates, fostering collaboration with creative, data science, and client‑service teams.
Lead weekly strategy stand‑ups, set quarterly OKRs, and celebrate wins that move the needle.
Requirements
7+ years of paid social or performance marketing experience with a focus on strategy and client leadership.
Demonstrated success managing a multi‑billion dollar enterprise account spanning multiple brands or business units, with mid seven‑figure per month social budgets.
Expert‑level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat Campaign Manager, and social measurement frameworks.
Proven ability to turn complex data into persuasive stories for C‑suite audiences.
Hands‑on experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross‑functional teams.
Strong project‑management skills and comfort juggling competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced certification is a plus.
