About the role

We are seeking a

Senior Product Designer

who is passionate about designing and validating intuitive, powerful UI and agentic workflows. You will work directly with security service providers using our vSOC platform and with end-users who operate it self-service—ensuring the product is discoverable, delightful, and highly productive for both user groups. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape experience concepts, rationalize feasibility and cost, and bring solutions to market quickly in an iterative, evidence-driven manner. As a RADICL Senior Product Designer, you will: Human + Agent Experience Design Design workflows where humans and intelligent agents collaborate to solve problems, troubleshoot threats, and complete security tasks efficiently. Lead UX for distributed SOC operations—supporting high-urgency, high-clarity decision flows. Work directly with

service provider analysts

to deeply understand their workflows and how a vSOC platform enables scale. Engage with

SMB end-users

to ensure the product is easy to adopt, onboard, navigate, and realize value from without expert knowledge. Design Delivery Create

wireframes, information architecture, interaction models,

and

low- to high-fidelity prototypes

(clickable and testable). Translate conceptual workflows into clear, testable UX solutions. Rapid User Testing & Validation Facilitate usability tests, discovery interviews, and structured feedback loops. Turn user insights into hypotheses and iterative design improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure solutions are actionable, performant, and mindful of technical constraints. Partner with Product to prioritize the right problems, validate assumptions early, and rationalize decisions against cost and complexity. Contribute to the growing design system, accessibility standards, design patterns, and UX guidelines for an AI-driven security platform. What You Bring

5+ years of experience in

UX Engineering ,

UX/UI Design , and

Product Design —ideally within a

SaaS

or

security/IT operations

environment. Effective workflow and interaction design Data-dense or operational tool UI Design + engineering collaboration Proficiency with leading design tools such as

Figma

(preferred),

FigJam , and prototyping frameworks (Framer, React-based tools a plus). Strong capability in translating complex technical processes into clear, intuitive experiences. A strong systems thinker who obsesses over usability, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Experience working in

agile

and

fast-moving

startup environments. About the Workplace
