Overview

Document Management Associate II Responsible for gathering medical record documentation or attorney requested documentation in a timely, accurate fashion to satisfy requests of revenue cycle team members as part of collection efforts. Able to handle high volume, highly confidential and time sensitive information, while focusing on accuracy. Interacts with clinical departments and external attorneys and requires the ability to demonstrate professionalism and high levels of customer service. Ability to operate basic office equipment in a fast-paced environment. Effective organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, questioning attitude, willingness to collaborate with leadership and other team members to continuously improve processes. This is a Hybrid position.

Responsibilities

Gather medical record documentation or attorney requested documentation to satisfy revenue cycle requests.

Handle high volume, highly confidential, and time-sensitive information with accuracy.

Interact with clinical departments and external attorneys; maintain professionalism and high levels of customer service.

Operate basic office equipment in a fast-paced environment; demonstrate effective organizational skills.

Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; collaborate with leadership and team members to improve processes.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification/Licensure : No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience :

Two (2) years of related revenue experience

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience with medical and legal records (collection/storage) and time-sensitive documents
