This role is with Boeing. WayUp is partnering with Boeing to hire top talent. The Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry-Level or Associate Manufacturing Engineer in Berkeley, MO. Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.

Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Level 2: 2+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of technical educational and experience.

Composite fabrication experience

Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers

Experience with 3D model-based instruction

Experience with IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms

Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)

Salary Summary pay range: Level 1: $63,750-$86,250; Level 2: $75,650-$102,350

Export Control Requirement This position must meet export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
