Baltimore, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. You will use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and pick up open shifts based on your availability—giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. This position offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities. You will monitor and patrol utility locations to help foster a secure environment for clients and visitors, conduct routine patrols, stay visible to deter security-related incidents, and deliver customer service through strong communication. A valid driver’s license is required as you may drive as part of patrol duties. Position Type:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents calmly and professionally while representing Allied Universal. Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including the business and perimeter, to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards. Monitor access points and observe for unusual behavior, reporting concerns per site protocols. Document observations, incidents, and activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site management. Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and assist visitors, contractors, and employees as needed. Minimum Requirements

A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal driver policy. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws. Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable laws. Drug screen as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws. A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only. Closing
