Full-Time Infant Teacher
to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families. If you have experience in child care, a love for early childhood education, and a desire to make a lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do: • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum for infants • Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays • Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development • Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators What You’ll Need: • EEC certification in Infants (required) • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required) • Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times What Makes You a Great Fit: • Positive, patient, and encouraging personality • A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development • Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively • Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices Why You’ll Love Working Here: • $115 per month subsidized MBTA pass or free off-site parking
