Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive youth and family support services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities, serving families across the state of New Jersey. Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans Create and implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan (BSPs), including environmental arrangement, proactive behavioral strategies, acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs), and reduction of maladaptive behaviors Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Assistants Deliver caregiver training and support Ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports Monitor service authorization timelines and compliance Engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention Maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development Services provided in-home, in-community, and in-center Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome Skills/Abilities
