Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare-related IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to promote collaboration and continuous improvement across teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful completion. Utilize Atlassian tools to track progress, resolve issues, and streamline workflows. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a productive and motivated environment. Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout project development. Prepare detailed project documentation, including status reports and post-project evaluations. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication. Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices. PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential. Expertise in health and hospital information systems. Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Note:
