Senior Software Engineer role: you will build and support a platform that manages customer risk and bad debt. You will work with a team of software engineers, network and systems engineers to design, implement, and deploy software that meets customer requirements, scales easily, and supports deployment in highly available environments. This role involves architecture and design of components that leverage virtualization, micro services, SDN, NFV, and Big Data technologies. Tasks are moderately difficult and require judgment in resolving issues and recommending industry-leading solutions. Drive engineering projects by developing software solutions; conduct tests and inspections; prepare reports and calculations. Mentors at base and associate levels as needed. Collaborate with technical teams and use system expertise to deliver technical solutions. Continuously learn and teach others about existing and new technologies. Contribute to the development of others through mentoring or in-house workshops and learning sessions. Technical Specializations

Contributes to new and existing technology options that support business goals; understands system protocols, data flows, and the building blocks of software and automation. Independent study of current technology is expected; interact with system engineers to define system requirements and vital automation requirements. Applies designs and patterns to implement new ideas using modern frameworks to improve systems, processes, or services. Reviews designs and processes to identify more efficient approaches; contributes to company IP creation. Technical Writing

Writes clear documentation for new code, systems, and designs; documents business requirements for leadership review. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required). 4-7 years of technical engineering experience (Required). 3+ years of experience developing cloud solutions on Azure (ADF, Event Hub, App Services, Log Analytics, VMs) (Required). 3+ years experience with Azure Data Bricks using Python, Scala, and Spark SQL (Required). Experience in software development focused on scalable, high-availability solutions. Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices; cloud architecture proficiency. Proficiency with Snowflake (Preferred). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Expertise in cloud technologies, microservices architecture, backend development, and security standards alignment. Experience with high-resilience, high-performing system design; Proficiency in GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, SQL databases, SaaS/PaaS, private & public clouds, distributed systems, Kubernetes, containerized apps, Splunk, Java, SQL, Python. Strong communication, interpersonal and technical writing skills; ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent problem-solving skills for complex, high-stakes projects. AI/ML experience is a plus. Legally authorized to work in the United States; at least 18 years of age. Travel

Base Pay Range: $113,600 - $205,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range; actual starting pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits and Additional Information
