Develop assembly plans and innovative solutions to address daily challenges, ensuring efficient production flow. Create and maintain detailed manufacturing products and documentation. Provide direct support on the production floor, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions. Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to develop manufacturing processes. Interpret drawings and model-based designs, translating them into actionable steps for manufacturability for the production environment. STEM degree preferred. Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years. Previous team lead experience. Experience in liaison role supporting production activities and rapidly resolving constraints to minimize production impact. Experience supporting final assembly including collaborating with various disciplines to coordinate closeouts and system checkouts. Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery. Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future. Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning. Self-starter with ability to operate with limited direction. Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control. Proficient working in 3D modelling software (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Nx), product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) programs (e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) programs (iBASEt, SAP, etc.).
