Regional Field Service Manager This position will support the Retail Marketing Team by providing guidance and leadership to the Field Services Team within its assigned region. The Regional Field Service Manager will help support Altra’s brand strategy across the U.S. and Canada. The incumbent will provide leadership, training, and guidance to empower Field Services to achieve goals and KPIs, while elevating the level of service provided to strategic partners in their assigned regions. This role requires frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time), including overnights and weekends.

How You Will Make a Difference

Provide dynamic, visible and inspirational leadership to impact business initiatives, direction and vision for the Field Service Team.

Manage the training and professional development of Field Services within the assigned region, sharing best practices, sell‑through tactics, and programs.

Conduct in‑field visits with Field Services to provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, while providing focused coverage of key accounts.

Lead the planning and execution of strategic priorities including regional market takeovers, national account service strategies, tactics, and training.

Support the implementation of strategic service strategies with key partners such as REI, Fleet Feet, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and other independent retailers.

What Success Looks Like

Field Services achieve quarterly service goals and KPIs.

Successful planning and execution of targeted market takeovers as established by the Retail Marketing Strategy.

Continued sell‑through and market share growth at key retailers in the assigned territory and region.

Established meaningful relationships with key retailers to align on strategic priorities and needs.

Integrated with headquarters and bridged the gap between regions.

Skills For Success

2–3+ years of field marketing or sales experience.

1–2+ years of people leadership experience.

Familiarity with the Altra product line.

Demonstrated team leadership skills and a propensity to lead and mentor others.

Proven ability to create and implement winning sales strategies and communicate results clearly.

Strong time‑management, planning, and organizational skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis.

Passion for running and sharing that passion with others.

Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook.

Self‑motivated with a desire to show initiative and be proactive.

Hiring Range $95,040.00 – $118,800.00 USD annually.
