We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Abatement Technician Supervisor to assist with environmental abatement projects involving fire, water, and structural damage. This role includes hands-on labor, jobsite documentation, safety adherence, and growth into supervisory responsibilities including driving and managing field crews. Conduct physical abatement of regulated building materials (asbestos, lead, etc.) in compliance with state and federal guidelines Assist with job site setup, air monitoring (manometer use), containment barriers, and safety signage Learn and follow all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including the use of respirators and protective gear Collect and document job progress, including photos and site notes using smartphones and tracking apps Maintain accurate T&M logs, daily time sheets, and job site reports Operate hand tools, power tools, and restoration equipment (HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.) Receive instruction from project managers and follow the scope of work with precision Drive to job sites and be responsible for crew transportation and jobsite logistics Supervise, direct, and support abatement crews to ensure quality and timely project execution Demonstrate care when working with homeowners or property managers; show compassion and professionalism Maintain and clean equipment and job site daily Take part in additional duties as assigned Requirements
Valid Wisconsin driver's license required Training: OSHA 10, WI DHS Asbestos Supervisor Detail-oriented, dependable, and respectful of procedures and safety protocols Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined or debris-filled spaces Previous experience in construction, restoration, or related trades Ability to read and interpret job scope, safety procedures, and basic technical documents If you are interested in applying for this job please press the Apply Button and follow the application process.
