Job Summary Join our virtual team to connect with warm, highly‑qualified prospects and introduce them to our proven business coaching solutions. With 100% remote flexibility and no lead generation required, you’ll focus on closing deals and achieving results. Our appointment‑setting team schedules dozens of warm, qualified leads on your calendar weekly, allowing you to maximize your sales potential. Part‑time to full‑time hours are available, with a competitive commission structure and opportunities for ongoing training and professional development in all aspects of business management and operations.
Responsibilities
Build trust and convert warm, highly‑qualified prospects into loyal clients.
Deliver compelling virtual product demonstrations via Zoom.
Set and close follow‑up appointments with potential clients to ensure conversions.
Strengthen relationships with past leads and current customers to drive additional sales.
Leverage our HighLevel CRM to track progress and follow up consistently.
Achieve or exceed weekly sales targets through proactive communication.
Required Experience
Proven track record as a top performer in business‑to‑business sales.
Experience in selling within a 100% virtual environment.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and tech‑savvy.
Familiarity with Zoom and basic CRM tools.
Availability for at least 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to scale up to 40+ hours based on performance and preference.
Compensation
Competitive commission‑based structure with generous performance incentives.
