We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights.
General Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.
Qualifications Must Have
Minimum of 1 year experience in supply chain or data analysis.
Bilingual in Chinese and English due to the internal and external stakeholders.
Power BI or Tableau.
Basic Statistics Knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Nice to Have
SQL.
Python (Basic Analytics, Data Cleaning, Data Collection, Machine Learning).
Skills Must Have:
Attentive to Details.
Communication & Storytelling.
