Overview Equifax is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to drive the marketing strategy and execution for the Identity and Fraud suite of solutions, focusing on cross‑portfolio messaging, channel sales enablement, brand awareness, market positioning and performance analysis. You will develop and implement Go‑to‑Market plans to procure net new customers, create content and sales tools, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, analyze market trends, and manage campaigns to support revenue growth targets and customer retention. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in planning and execution, content creation, metrics and measurement.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement a customer‑centric marketing strategy and messaging that positions the entire portfolio effectively in the market.

Oversee the creation of content such as case studies, brochures, whitepapers, newsletters, and website copy to educate customers and support sales.

Equip sales teams with tools, training, and marketing materials to understand and sell the portfolio.

Partner with product management, sales, customer success, and finance teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑touch campaigns across digital, social, email, and print channels.

Conduct market research and analyze competitor strategies, customer needs, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing efforts.

Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and make data‑driven decisions.

Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure activities stay within allocated spend and contribute to profitability.

Supervise a team, providing coaching and mentoring to generate high performance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What Experience You Need

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a B2B marketing role in a complex business environment and extensive experience with go‑to‑market strategy development.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field.

Demonstrated success in marketing planning, product lifecycles, market segmentation, content, communications, traditional and new marketing tactics, and channel marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, departments, and lines of business.

Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Data‑driven approach to strategy and campaign optimization.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to gather insights and assess opportunities.

Ability to develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings and for upsell, cross‑sell, and account‑based marketing programs to grow existing relationships.

Ability to analyze information from win/loss interviews and pipeline behaviors to detect breakdowns in marketing and sales processes.

Ability to link product launches to organizational campaign themes and goals.

Critical thinking and project management skills.

Strong capability to define and communicate the value proposition of the product for markets and segments.

Exceptional ROI‑tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’t working.

Excellent written and verbal skills, with sensitivity to diverse audiences including internal and external groups.

Adaptability to new, changing, or ambiguous situations and changing priorities.

Proficiency with Google Suite.
