Job Description Support lease activities throughout the lease lifecycle including executing, maintenance of abstract, lease renewals and lease terminations, communicating with tenants and landlords and managing critical dates. Coordinate lease activities with the assigned Transaction Manager. Coordination activities include interpret leases and legal documents, conduct document for completeness and accuracy, maintain the accuracy and completeness of the lease administration database and ensure the lease are compliant with risk management requirements. Conducts self-assessment of lease data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Create reporting that is shared with the Transaction Manager and decision makers. Works with Corporate Real Estate professionals, business line contacts to ensure the leases are compliant with established policies and procedures. Coordinates activities and other tasks supporting lease administration. Provides training on lease administration processes as applicable.
Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of three (3) or more days per week.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically three to five years of related experience
Preferred Skills / Experience
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of lease administration
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Demonstrated leadership skills
