What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Schedule live webinars for the global delivery team and assist with ad hoc requests
Upload digital assets to the Learning Management System (LMS) while ensuring quality control
Maintain and update the global content catalogue to reflect current education offerings
Develop automated solutions for user queries and create escalation processes for complex issues
Manage large-scale education projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
Prior project management experience
Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
Experience in documenting and managing key processes
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)
Strong proficiency in Asana and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience with intellum or similar LMS platforms
Proven stakeholder management capabilities
Passion for AI automation and implementation across processes and platforms
