5-Star Luxury Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada Contract:
Seasonal Consulting | Mid-November – Mid-January (with potential extension through Chinese New Year)
About the Role We are looking for a
Southeast Asian Head Chef
with deep culinary expertise in Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian cuisines. This consulting position will focus on bringing authentic Southeast Asian flavors to exclusive private dining experiences for VIP guests.
Responsibilities
Lead menu development and execution of Southeast Asian dishes tailored to guest preferences.
Work alongside property chefs to create authentic, high-quality dishes for private dining and family-style meals.
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop core recipes and preparations for buffet and restaurant menus.
Adapt quickly to special requests and changing service needs during peak season.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in
Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian cuisine .
Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine preferred; candidates should have relevant culinary background to ensure authenticity.
Prior experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants required.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Compensation & Benefits
$800 per day consulting fee
