Financial Service Representative (CAREER)

Overview
Position: Member Service Representative (Call Center - Credit Union)
Schedule: Five days/week, 8 hours/day; two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday). 100% onsite position, great attendance required to stay in good standing.
Available Shifts (choose one and stick with it): 8am-5pm (currently full), 9am-6pm (currently full), 10am-7pm (available), 12pm-9pm (available).
Training: 3-month training period; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (must be available for these hours).
Pay: Starting at $18 to $20/hour, based on experience.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center
Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions
Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand
Take loan applications and follow through on member needs
What They're Looking For (Qualifications)
Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people
Previous customer service or retail experience
Call center or financial institution experience is a plus
Strong computer and multitasking skills
High school diploma/GED required
