Position Title: Lead Full Stack Developer Location: Chantilly, VA Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with Polygraph (active) Position Status: Full Time Pay Rate: $170K/Annum Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join a mission-driven team building secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. This role goes beyond coding-you will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that solutions are designed with both current architecture and future enhancements in mind. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your expertise in AWS, Python, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerized environments to deliver end-to-end solutions that make a measurable impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply agile methodologies, and use modern DevOps practices to deliver high-quality systems from vision to production. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies Oversee and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable back-end systems Develop front-end and back-end solutions using Python, JavaScript, and AWS Implement containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support diverse data requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure solutions align with agile best practices, security standards, and long-term maintainability Required Skills/Education: 6+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies 6+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications using agile methods Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and microservices Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph High School Diploma or GED ?
