Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of communication plans and strategies.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Support media relations efforts, including the preparation of press releases and media kits.
Collaborate with team members to enhance internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct research and gather data to support communication projects and campaigns.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO principles is preferred.
