Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for our healthcare industry clients. This role is critical to our mission of delivering measurable results for sponsors while maintaining the high standards our medical imaging community expects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Create detailed campaign timelines, deliverables schedules, and resource allocation plans
Recommend optimal product mixes from AuntMinnie.com’s advertising portfolio to maximize campaign effectiveness
Campaign Execution & Management
Manage end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple product offerings, including:
Targeted Email Campaigns - Custom email sends to segmented radiology professional audiences
Daily Newsletter Placements - Banner advertisements in AuntMinnie.com’s daily newsletter reaching engaged subscribers
Run-of-Site Banner Advertising - Display advertising across AuntMinnie.com pages
Content Area Sponsorships - Targeted placements within specific radiology subspecialty sections
Brand Boost - Social media and offsite display advertising campaigns
Content Boost + Leads - Native content promotion with lead generation capabilities
Special Edition Newsletters - Sponsored editorial content around key topics and tradeshows
Sponsored E-Broadcasts - Dedicated email communications to AuntMinnie.com’s subscriber base
Webinars - Educational webinar programs with lead capture
ShowCast Coverage - Editorial coverage sponsorships for major conferences (RSNA, ECR, etc.)
Native Content Integration - Sponsored content and advertorials
Coordinate with other members of the Ad Operations team to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and meet campaign deadlines
Traffic campaigns and ensure accurate implementation across all platforms
Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance metrics including impressions, click-through rates, engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion metrics
Provide regular performance updates and insights to clients through clear, professional reporting
Identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven adjustments to improve campaign results
Conduct post-campaign analysis and deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients and agency partners
Conduct regular check-in calls to review campaign performance and discuss upcoming opportunities
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and campaign performance
Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Global Media Sales team to support new business development and proposal creation
Collaborate with the Editorial team to coordinate ShowCast tradeshow coverage and special edition content
Work with Marketing and Product teams to stay current on new advertising products and capabilities
Coordinate with Finance on campaign billing and reconciliation
Required Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or account management
Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns with competing deadlines
Healthcare, medical device, or B2B publishing experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools
Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with ad trafficking and creative specification requirements
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) a plus
Experience building HTML a plus
