Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr People System Administrator (SuccessFactors) to join their team. As a Sr People System Administrator (SuccessFactors), you will be part of the People Systems team supporting HR operations and talent management functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. What’s the Job?
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot the SAP SuccessFactors platform to ensure optimal performance and stability. Implement system enhancements, updates, and new modules based on evolving business needs and best practices. Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex system issues and improve user experience. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides and process workflows. Provide advanced training and support to HR teams and end-users to maximize system utilization. What’s Needed?
5-7+ years of experience as a System Administrator for HRIS platforms, with at least 3-5+ years specifically supporting SAP SuccessFactors. Deep expertise in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules. Proficiency with SuccessFactors tools such as Business Rules Engine, MDF Objects, and Reporting/Analytics. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly. What’s in it for me?
