Housed inside the iconic Beekman Hotel in Lower Manhattan, Temple Court is part of Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality — a collection of celebrated restaurants rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and genuine care for guests and team members alike. Within The Beekman’s stunning architectural setting, Temple Court offers timeless New York dining with an elegant, warm, and story-rich ambiance. We are seeking a dynamic, inspiring General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and uphold the exceptional hospitality standards that define both Temple Court and The Beekman. The Role As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Temple Court’s daily operations — from guest experience and team leadership to financial performance and collaboration with our hotel partners. You will act as the ambassador of Crafted Hospitality’s values, cultivating a culture of hospitality, accountability, and respect throughout the team. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll ensure seamless alignment between the restaurant, bar, and hotel operations, maintaining a consistent focus on excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and mentor a front-of-house team of 25+ with integrity and empathy. Partner with the Director of F&B to set and achieve financial and performance goals. Collaborate with hotel leadership on In-Room Dining, Events, and Restaurant service standards. Oversee P&L management, forecasting, and annual budget planning. Optimize labor, cost, and productivity in response to business trends. Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent through coaching and development. Ensure an atmosphere of warmth, care, and attentiveness for every guest interaction. Work with Marketing and PR teams to promote the brand, drive engagement, and highlight seasonal offerings. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a General Manager or senior FOH leader in a fine dining or luxury hotel restaurant. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams (25+ employees). Strong understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, labor, cost control). Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and contemporary service standards. Collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication skills. Business-minded, organized, and passionate about delivering world-class hospitality. Benefits & Perks
