This position is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role with a focus on clinical leadership and supervision within ABA services for children. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Benefits

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) or Part-Time Schedule: Flexible hours based on your availability Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS) Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care Monitor client progress and update goals based on data Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills A deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement Why Join ABA New Dawn MO?
