Overview
Title: Sr. React.js Developer Location: San Jose CA - hybrid/remote position Duration: 6-12+ months contract Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and tools. Frontend development with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript). Backend development with Node.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), or Java/Spring Boot. Work with databases including MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other data stores; optimize database solutions for performance and scalability. Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support web and AI-based applications. Collaborate with AIML teams to integrate models, embeddings, and vector-based data stores into backend systems. Implement caching, indexing, and replication strategies for data retrieval and availability. Ensure secure, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns. Contribute to DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation. Troubleshoot performance and data integrity issues across application layers. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, AI developers, and product managers. Gain or demonstrate familiarity with MongoDB Atlas skills. Qualifications
Experience with frontend frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with backend services: Node.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), or Java/Spring Boot. Database experience across MongoDB (and MongoDB Atlas), Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Ability to collaborate with AIML teams to integrate models and vector data stores. Understanding of caching, indexing, replication, and data availability strategies. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
