Medical Sales Representative – Territory Manager Location:

Offered Total Earnings (OTE):

$180,000 (Competitive Base + Commission)

About Medspira Medspira is a market-leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative products. We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager to drive direct sales to hospitals and clinics across a defined portion of the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

Present, demo, and close sales of new medical devices, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation to post‑sale support.

Maintain accurate sales forecast and reporting using Salesforce, meeting quarterly targets.

Travel regionally (10%–15% of time) to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of territory sales experience and 2 years using Salesforce.

Medical sales experience is NOT required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently across a broad territory.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel moderate amounts.
