Phasor Engineering Inc . Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position within the western United States to help with our growing operations there. We have a number of large projects in the western United States, and we are well positioned to continue to grow. We are looking for additional Land Surveyors to support our current projects and support growth. The candidate must be licensed in Colorado and willing to get licensed in additional states. All costs associated with obtaining additional licenses will be paid by Phasor. Work-from-home or a hybrid work scenario will be explored with applicants. Managing all aspects of project execution Project/Regional Manager responsibilities and leadership Establish communication protocols for the project, including identification of clients or Phasor interest holders and decision makers Change management Information dissemination routes and procedures Systematic processes for project data and reporting Manage project financials, establish cost controls, and perform periodic reviews to identify risks Coordinate with Phasor personnel on project requirements including scheduling, cost, technical and logistics considerations Manage any sub-contractors performing Geomatics work on a project Manage shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless delegated to a Field Coordinator Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate Crew Allocation between projects Benefits
