Job Description The IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) – Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing IT strategies for Cornerstone’s Apertures Business Unit. The candidate will be on a team of business analysts to gain in-depth understanding of the customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the Apertures operates. Working closely with business stakeholders, the candidate will execute against short‑ and long‑term IT strategies and roadmaps to meet the capabilities required to address Apertures initiatives and challenges.
Essential Duties
Contributing member of a team of analysts who facilitate IT BRM process and procedures
Manage project demand for IT application services, prioritise enhancements requiring IT development
Represent IT in Apertures project and leadership meetings, as appropriate
Enable proper project intake and adhere to IT processes such as architecture review board
Build, develop, and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with the business and IT
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
Serve as a liaison between Apertures and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for new systems and tools, system modifications, enhancements, and implementations
Lead small to mid‑size projects and assist project managers on larger, more complex projects, as appropriate
Track budgets and spend as allocated to projects and initiatives, as appropriate
Provide project‑level analysis and documentation (business and functional requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, and workflow diagrams)
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project schedules and updates
Collaborate closely with application leaders to staff projects with developers for project execution
Develop and execute test plans, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise in Information Systems and guide others in best practices
Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors
Perform other duties as assigned by Director, IT Business Relationship Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a similar technical discipline
5+ years of IT experience as a business analyst
5+ years of IT experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, sales or engineering functions
Experience working within teams
Must be able to travel up to 20 %
Excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with the ability to market and report out complex initiatives to non‑technical colleagues or business leadership
Must possess a blend of business acumen, consulting‑like abilities, and analytics capabilities to identify areas of need, and develop solutions that will provide optimal value to all internal stakeholders
Able to prioritise time between strategic thinking and tactical initiatives
BRMP Certification is a plus
Additional Information The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $80,000‑$105,000 + bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
