Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K–$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85K+.
Location This position is available for candidates based in Washington, New Mexico, Nevada & Utah. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Position Overview As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

While sales is in your title, integrity is in your nature. That means you sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need.
What We Provide
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time. Example 11am‑8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
