Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive technical learning pathways for Pre-Sales Engineering teams and Partner Technical Sellers
Create quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with stakeholders to create consistent learning frameworks and address learning needs
Design and maintain technical accreditation and certification exams and learning paths
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales roles in cybersecurity or a related field
Proven experience in designing technical enablement programs and credentialing paths
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of enterprise security architectures and the cybersecurity landscape
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with learning management systems and enablement platforms
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of Demo, POV/POC methodologies and best practices
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Familiarity with the CrowdStrike platform and/or competitive cybersecurity solutions
