What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide leadership and direction to a team of docketing professionals, ensuring performance objectives are met
Oversee workload distribution and task allocation while managing vendor resources
Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills in docketing procedures
Anticipate and resolve issues related to global intellectual property correspondence and data management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IP Operations and maintain up-to-date practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 3 years of patent and/or trademark docketing management experience in a law firm or corporate setting
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficiency in IP management software
Knowledge of global patent prosecution and laws
Experience with patent and trademark annuity/renewal payments
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Familiarity with implementing automated and/or AI solutions
